HA! that's Awesome. I have that same exact form, but i train in a completely Different System. i love how martial arts is so applicable to Everyone! I am an instructor at United Studios of Self Defense, and we teach a Shaolin Kempo system. we teach this to our intermediate Students. i wonder. out of curiosity, when did you learn this form(s)?

@S0MEASS3MBLYR3QUIR3D I taught this form to this student around 7-8 years ago and we also teach it at intermediate rank. I learned it thru the Villari system 23 years ago while professor Materra was still an 8th degree black belt under Grand Master Villari before the big split. And it is an awesome form, I agree competed 4 years ago with it as soft style and won 1st place in Black Belt division UUMA.

Don't think so, but USSD is another branch of Master Cerio's kenpo and we have similar forms.
