I don't use bearshare but if it's a program like limewire, right click the music in Bearshare and look at properties to find out where your music is being stored. Then open it and open itunes. In itunes, there will be an option in one of your toolbars to sync your music from a folder. Find your BearShare folder and select it. Then the music you download will be automatically put into your itunes library.

You take out the file he has cracked and replace it with the one already installed with LimeWire so it takes it as a LimeWire Pro installation. Make sure to have LimeWire off, or exited out or else it won't install Pro.
