Awesome machine, I own an HCD 1501 40 fast, reliable and every bit as good as a Tajima or Toyota, Barudan. Monsterous hoop sizes, easy to use and maintain. Built and supported to be a user serviceable machine top to bottom. Who needs a technician when you can handle most repairs yourself! Wow! Happy manufacturers these in Japan for Happy brand only. Why pay Tajima prices for a machine that is as dependable and easier to use? Go Happy, or just go home.
Oh, one more thing. We were also planning on buying the extended table/ pantograph for the Tajima Neo which gives a HUGE sewing field of almost 4 feet. Then I noticed on your website that you offer the same type of thing for the HCD-1501 (stretch version). The Happy version looks just like the Tajima one. Are these made by some third party in Japan for both Happy and Tajima? Or did Happy manufacture its own stretch / extended carriage?
I am on the fence between this machine and the Tajima neo2. All the Tajima fan-boys keep telling me that the Happy machines are LOUD and that Tajimas are much quieter. I'm not sure what to believe because I can't really tell from this video. However, I'm putting this machine in my basement for a small home based side business so I don't want anything too loud. However, I must say this thing looks more sturdy than the Tajima Neo. This thing looks like a tank.
I am interested in this machine please contact me on kevinpinto9@gmail.com.
