1. Put ur net cable to 1st place

2. Push the button behind your modem (Very little reset button) For like 40 seconds, and thats it.

I cant seem to access that webpage, it just responds as "webpage cannot be displayed" -- the default gateway code isn't working. It will change, because your default gateway is the IP to your router, so, if you have a LinkSys router, for example, you will get re-directed to your Linksys router page.

usually there is a small hole in the back of it that should only fit a paperclip. stick in a paper clip or something else if ur scared of getting shocked. the router should restart.
