@apinksock27 I've been playing Guild Wars on and off since its release. Players mostly just need two things to fill the Hall of Monuments. You need a strong roster of Elementalist heroes or friends for Vanquish/Guardian titles and then at least 8 character slots on your account filled with 20th level characters. The reason you need the slots is so you can run your characters through all the holiday events multiple times and earn enough platinum to buy keys/candy/alcohol/weapons/armor etc. :)
