I want this phone badly but i would have to purchase it at full no contract price =(I would through eBay but dont want it to break and be screwwed =( would verizon still cover it maybe ?
If it benefits you more than the price of your money, it's worth it! I would rather buy it at full price (no ATT) contract and service it as I can than sign a contract for two years without knowing what terms of such contract will change! (Many terms will change as time goes by(BUY))
Great unboxing man. I know this is the best phone around now, but i would just buy the Droid just to hear it say DROID everything i turn it on. hahahaha. Im getting mine tomorrow. AWESOME review.
Motorola is wise to enter the market of touch screen phones AFTER the other competitors have. And, yea, it's fun to hear it say DROID! Ha! Full review coming soon, but it's a homerun...I predict!
I saw that You said that it comes with the Car Home features something like a GPS, for Free? What else do You get for Free with the Phone? Like with the G1, I was told certain things were free, but others You had to pay to get apps. With this Phone, would We have to pay to get apps? Or anything? Like pay for the web, just to get apps? Also, how long can it record for? I know the LG Voyager can record for 30 seconds at a time, what about this phone?
SirB, I have not explored all its features yet so I can't answer all your questions at this time. I will what I can though. Car Home offers voice-guided navigation, completely handsfree, no subscription cost...just must have internet connection. Some apps are free; some cost a few dollars. Not sure yet how long it can record, but stay tuned for my full review, which will be comprehensive and answer that question. You can subscribe if you want or just check back later, whichever is easier for you
I had unusual glitches with it, and so I had to exchange it several times - each time it had glitches. So, I guess fate had it that I should have a different phone. AT&T also changed their policy without advanced notice. It's a long story. :)
