How do you set up CPUs?

@coolhatcc idk if this is the correct way, but I just make it human first, go to play the lvl, put like i want, THEN make them all cpus. Then they are stuck as who i set them as when they were humans. Well thats what i do anyways, Oh and btw i just got the game today, is there a way to get new maps and skins, im not sure if the archive is up yet or not.
