Depending on offsets and the type of wheels, rims can be one size, but look another.

These are definitely 24's. The absence of huge lip, makes it seem as though they aren't that big.

I have 20's (x8.5" in width) on my Galant GTS and they damn near look like 18's, because I can fit a 24" wheel on w/no tire.

When you lift and modify properly, you don't have to have your car sitting up on truck lifts. That's for people who buy their rims wrong (offset) and get shitty lifts because of it later.
