  • cool stuff, thanks for posting

  • Who could explain me why, exactely at the time 1:11 of this vedeo, there is a woman holding a huge gun?

  • @zecalimazeca

    ahahahaa..

  • your ma bu is awful, keep training.

  • Umm..........

Sorry to break it too ya, but it looks like you're taking a dump.

A sweep kick'd take you out in less than a second. Besides, your back's leaning forward too much.

Trust me I know, I took horseback riding lessons

  • Very shitty

  • nice bird big gun

  • does anyone know if low horse stance is bad on the knees?

  • That's crap - learn your stuff properly before trying to conceptualize man... your hip's too tight LOL and looky your butt's stickin' out! "A Horse's Stance literally" Laughs my head off.

  • Your basic training / stance work looks very good.

  • hmm what style do you train?

  • one of the, apparently infinite, long fist variations. I don't give out lineage info anymore since it just allows the ignorant to judge. Judge me from what you see. Know me from my actions.

  • ah ok i know what you mean. to me it doesnt matter who your teacher and teacher's teacher and etc was..

as long as you can make it work

and watching this i get the impression you know what ur doing :)

  • When you move the horse stance it is called Biu Ma, nice effort on your behalf and i am only second guessing but you should try to relax a little more you look abit locked in the hip area best of luck with your continued trainings.

  • exactly which dialect of chinese are you using? Anyway the hips are locked that way to minimize those movements which can be taken advantage of. As such this advancement can withstand kicks, trips, and grapples while allowing the front leg to strike as a kick without modifying the movement in any way. Other ways of moving would be the result of Animal or Element training. This video was simply the basic, first level of training.
