This is the speed world challange, itd SCCA PRO racing, not club racing. These guys are professional touring car drivers not club racers.

you do know that the 4 pot that the Neon runs is a Mitsubishi derived motor right?

no it's not. It's a full Dodge (of mexico, actually) design. The turbocharger itself is a Mitsubishi sourced product but everything else comes straight from Dodge.
