My general practitioner always asks me if I'm taking supplements (calcium) because I'm over 45. He doesn't care what brand I take. It's a free country and we're expected to educate ourselves and choose what is best for us. I know that there are many benefits to be derived from exceeding RDA. Just check at what amount any vitamin or mineral is deemed toxic. The pharmaceutical industry would love a piece or all of this commerce and regulate it to death, literally. That ought to be a clue.

Getting your nutrition is liquid form is important. It is also important however to do your research. Does the vitamin/mineral have the science to back up it's claims. Can it protect your DNA, has their been clinical trials, third party research...ours has!

Ha! Has anyone noticed that Quackwatch goes after anyone that is critical of big pharma or the corrupt AMA? For instance they went after Dr Russell Blaylock too. Folks, use the brain that God gave you and make the right choices. i have heard his stuff, but who can back up his claims? Has he ever responded to the arguments against his by Quackwatch? I went and saw him here in Idaho last night but the whole show is more of a sales routine for his products and to join him in selling his stuff rather then medical and science of his claims. Can it be backed up and if so where? Thanks in advance!

Dr. Joel Wallach doesn't own the company any more, his son Steve Wallach has control of the company. What back up his claims are in his books which is the only thing Dr, Joel Wallach is getting his money from. Like in his book Dead Doctors Don't Lie tells a lot of what he has done throughout the years that backs up his claims. There is also a bunch of other books that he has published that also prove his claims.@folkandfaith
