Not Every1 worships how you do some people migh start shouting, some might start crying , there is no prescribed way to worship but the reason preacher's or pslamists say stand up is to reverance God

In the New Testament there is no prescribed way to worship. What we have done is gleened from the Old Testament to determine how to worship. Eyes closed, eyes open, sitting with legs crossed, its between her and God. Just enter into praise with them. Who made any of us a worship critic. Enter in to His presence and be blessed.
