they had it in saint's row, kindof as a "pay and spray" to take away your wanted level.

Well one I've always wanted was just more cars. What I mean is I'd like to see traffic jams and parking lots filled up, make it like an actual busy city. The one problem I see with that is let's say youre doing a mission and you have to get somewhere in a hurry, it'll be pretty tough to get anywhere with a hundread cars in your way. Perhaps they can put in an option of what level of density of cars you'd like. That's one I've always thought would make the game better.

Yeah! Always wished a pile up on the highway would get really insane! Maybe just at certain times - like you'd get rush hour traffic - and then the missions where u need to get somewhere fast will be in the middle of the night when there's no traffic.
