DC's tried abit 2 make aquaman COOL...first w/ justice league in the mid-2-late 90s-2-early 2000s...& later w/ smallville a couple of years back...either way...the guys did have a point about o-s-aqua man kinda sucking back-in-the-day!!!
Remember when Mad TV came out, and they were telling people that they were not going to be like SNL? Then the guest stars would would join? Then music guest?
Well, listen: half the jokes he makes are "I can't think of anything funny, and that thing and everything and things are crazy and over here..." Don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking the guy's talent, and maybe I overstated the case a bit, but I've done comedy improv onstage, and when someone can't think of anything to add to the scene, they patter to fill the silence ("Everything is just crazy") or make comments, like "That other scene was funnier..." He crapped out once or twice. No big deal.
That is the greatest Brian Regan impression I have ever heard....

superdog was supermans dog as superboy...wonderdog was the superfriends mascot during the ted knight-/marvin & wendy-era (early-70s)!!!

Holy shit -- Caliendo has the "Mean-wHile --" down pat. My stomach hurts from laughing so hard.

Although he clearly has no ability to create material on the spot, and needs people writing stuff for him.

What are you talking about? He's great on the spot... That's why his interviews are so funny.

I personally love him on Mad TV, and here on O&A riffing, but his stand-up is so-so.

Yeah. I never watched the original run on FOX, but I watch the reruns of Comedy Central. They're hilarious, unlike SNL.
The last time I saw a funny SNL sketch it had that one lady in it, oh what's her name? Um...uh, oh yeah: Gilda Radner!
