  • Looks great. One question though I was under the impression that tabat circuits should combine lower body with upper body exercises or pushing and pulling exercises.Surely this is a combination of two total body exercises?

  • You had the right idea, but execution needed work. You are supposed to go @ 100% intensity, and you were only doing them at about 70%. You need to go as hard and as fast as you can.

  • Yea I tried the second link but it doesnt seem to be working. The page keeps refreshing itself. When it does get fixed, can I download it from the site? I will be watching all your bootcamp videos for ideas and tips. Can't wait to use them on my bootcamp girls this week.

  • This is great. I'm gonna use this in my boot camps and 1 on 1 training with my clients. One more thing, where did you get the audio in this video from? Is it like a CD, can I download it of somewhere or did you guys make this yourself?

  • Thanks! It's the second link in the info box to get the tracks. For a bootcamp trainer it's a must. Just press play and go. It's awesome, been using it for a year now.
