That hill was STEEEEP right? You did SO good, its not easy to climb stuff like that WITHOUT them dang tree roots... you should be proud of yourself buddy :)

You were doing so well by keeping the revs up then you lost the concentration. Don't be scared of falling out of your sit, it's apart of the fun of riding a bike,and you know what they say" no pain no gain " hehe
See how much of a difference slipping the clutch in the friction zone makes? Engine rpm up higher so the engine is making power, and not going to stall, and then ride the clutch. I think the only reason why you lost it is because you got forearm pump (tired) and couldn't control the clutch anymore. Couple more trips and you'll make that hill with no problem!!
first time I came out of the forest after 1.5 days of off-road I was soooo much more confident back on the road... Hope you get the same boost!
