vice city is loads of fun but san andreas is better imo. play gta 3,vice city,and san andreas and in that order and you will see the progression and will see why i pick san andreas. for 30 bucks or less new. san andreas has a long cheat /mod list that add fun and mayhem.

without progressive scan the ps2 gta games dont look that good on a large hd tv but lots of fun for the money.
