  • to get rid of your junk mail watch my video: how to stop getting junk mail

  • i have the actual answer look at my channel

  • It`s now 2011 price of metal is to high. How about pebbles and stones!!...........

another trick is to send back in their pre-paid envelopes educational material IE animal welfare, environment issues, political etc what ever your preference. They keeping paying the postage, that in turn keeps the mail man employed and the person having to process it all my learn something new!! haha every ones a winner!

  • I love the idea, but they will just switch to non prepaid, regular return envelopes rather than stop sending junk mail.

  • I'll send a defective dildo that hangs in my drawer. Heavy, bulky, defective, OVERUSED.

  • I like jokes, but I do not e-mail the jokes I like to people since I know they may not enjoy recieving jokes from me. So what I do is copy the joke (no contact information) and paste it on Microsoft Word. Than I print out the jokes. So when I get junk mail with a business reply envelope and side, I decide to have some fun and mail them some of my junk mail (aka the jokes I like). I hope the people that work in the junk mail room have a good laugh at the jokes I have mailed to them.

  • SEND ME YOUR SHIT ILL SEND YOU MIND...{POOPS IN MAIL}

  • lmao.

  • That's the way you do it. hit them where it hurts the most, I their wallet.

  • great video. a service to humanity !

  • Unfortunately I don't have pieces of heavy lead plates laying around. Bu good idea if you do.

  • Thanks for this video, sir...AWESOME!!!

  • I like to fill with dirt, makes a nice mess

  • I do the same thing. I alway stuff envelopes with other junk mail and wrap the envelope in packing tape to make it extremely difficult to even open once they receive it. Omaha Steaks is notorious for sending me junk mail on a daily basis even though I was told I was opted out. They are easily paying upwards of $2 for every well stuffed, package taped envelope I send back, but they're too stupid to stop sending them. I'm actually enjoying taking money out of their pockets.

  • I agree if its a repeat junk mailer, where the same guy sends you the same thing every week. Aside from that, isn't it kinda wasteful. But believe me, this credit card company thats been sending me crap (just one company, over the last month) is def getting the metal scrap. thank you

  • @Brandonduboff what about the even simpler opt out method? 1 dollar saves you 3 years from everyone. and doesn't waste the mail, time, and expense.

  • What a great idea! I used to just send the stuff back in the postpaid envelope; from now on, I'll use this method to get rid of some junk items!!!! How practical...since they have to pay the extra charge...t'makes me feel better!

  • haha top idea

  • Why not just shit in their envelope and send it back to them.

  • Dont use metal use some flat sheets of lead. i got about 18 kilos of led into my envelope and boy would they have to pay!

  • Love it. Hopefully the post office does indeed deliver it. I send back paper...usually their junk back, someone else's junk, or magazine articles...just to make sure it will get delivered. Sure, it's not much, but at least the postage and BRM envelope doesn't go to waste!

  • I fill the forms out with totally BS and a stupid name, Mike Ock is my favourite lately, but have used Les Bien, and put my address as their return address. Then just to spice it up it then goes in the dog bed for the night.

But i guess the next ones are about to get heavier too. I got a lot of spare HUGE bolts laying around the shed.

  • Thank You! I will try it not revenge but to make a point!

  • lol the best way to get rid of garbage

  • Though some may make it through, it may be discarded it 2+ ounces.

  • What I do is print out jokes that I like and only mail them that.

  • Been doing this for years to keep our postage rates lower.

  • Can I send my old Wolf brand ammo casings?

    ...or is this too much?

  • The world needs that kind of craziness. This video should be spread around like a chain letter.

  • Nice Idea ... I've thought about it in the past but will start doing that from here on out.

  • He stole the idea from Andy Rooney!!!! Andy said to do this YEARS ago and was much funnier!

Have to say ... it does work though ;)

  • That parrot in the background is dead. It has ceased to be. It has gone off and joined the choir invisible.

  • Funny

  • Hillarious!!! LMAOROTF!! He said to put somethin heavy in their envelope so they have to pay!!!!

  • You sound like the farmers astronaut :)

  • Ok I am at 1:18 and already I love it!! I will start adding returning extremely heavy items. I will start super heavy and see it gets mailed. If not gradually reduce the weight. Regardless the end return mail will be heavy and will cost the junk mailers dearly.

    Thanks Thanks. Thank You!

  • Can we insist to the post office that if my name or no name is included on the parcel to not deliver? Most junk mail simply says "resident" or something to that effect. Many others have no address at all. For the mail that has no address the post office should acquiesce our request to not send them. I consider that vandalism and littering.

Would you approve of some random person tossing their random papers without any reference to you into your house 5 times a week. This is the same.

  • Creative and evil >:)

  • So true mate 5/5 Stars XD:

  • I've heard of sending their information back to them, and I have done that before, but now I will ask my next door neighbor (who is an Iron Worker by trade ;-) if I can borrow some real heavy metals! Nice VId

  • lmfao smart man

  • great idea

  • I got those houseware catalogues run by local agents on commission lately. The annoying thing is that the neighbourhood agents expect the catalogues returned irrespective of whether any orders are placed or not, and if they don't see it lying outside on the doorstep they will knock on your door and demand to know where it is.

So recently I fed the catalogue through my paper shredder and left the shredded bits by my doorstep inside the plastic sleeve it came in. I reckon they got the hint! :-)

  • hay, thanks!

  • The flatter and less sharp the object, the better, that way it will be less likely to tear the envelope. Nice idea! How about a ziploc bag of sand?

  • Call the Opt-out number and within 2 months you will see never see these again. During those few months find a nice box from the supermarket, fill it with junk from around the house and tape the prepaid envelope to it and send it off to these pricks.

  • well i know what im gonnam do from now on. thanks for the fun idea of annoying them like they do everyone else in the free world.

  • My state and most states now , you can also register with the attorney generals office do not call list, give your phone#, address, and e-mail. It's then illegal for anyone to solicit you. My mail has shrunk tremendously same as phone calls. My e-mails still get some once in awhile but I just respond with a "you're breaking the law" to the common ones. I used to use the return envelope but never thought about the extra weight twist....cool!

  • personally, i prefer flatter pieces of metal with a ten gauge thickness so i can absolutely stuff those pre paid envelopes and weigh them down even more. but his way's good too so i have to give him props for it.

  • LMAO, so basically send the junk back with more junk. HAHAHAHAHAHA! 5 STARS VIDEO!

    Thanks!

    -iNNeViTable1

  • you're a clever dude! good advice

  • LOL!!!! Thanks a lot!

  • Maybe fill it with sand to add extra weight too? lol!

  • I've heard of people stuffing in several pennies, and convincing the company to send back a check for them.

  • good point, good idea. :)
