  • Hahaha, poor Charley! The inner clock leaves them often when it comes to food:-)

  • This is a good example of how, when we dignify animals with conversation, they often respond favorably and intelligently. They're often smarter than we give them credit for!

BTW, I ADORE the nickname 'Good Critter'. Hehe. ♥

  • 5 stars for your cute & clever cat.

  • So do you have conversations with your cat on a daily basis? I talk to my cat every day. He's part of my family. Charley is so sweet. I hope he takes good care you and I hope you get well too.

  • Hi neenee, you're exactly right and he asks quite often. This is a typical kind of conversation we have with him. He really loves to eat and we have been somewhat successful in keeping his weight normal. He would be better about a pound and a half less, but he still can jump very high so we just let it go a little. Thanks for you perceptive comment.

  • Charley is sooo cute. "There's no harm in asking" he seems to be thinking. Then when you tell him he has to wait, he seems to think, "oh, well," & just gets down. He is very intelligent & obviously understands what you are saying. What a sweet kitty he is.

  • Charley is precious ;)
