Hhe, he probably had to start quickly, the cooling system on that tractor isn't exactly water tight anymore, infact, it tends to dump a good deal of its coolant just lining up for the parade.

Yes he sat there about 10min. I'm sure know one cared he jumped the gun. At that age he should get to do what he wants.
