I think his name is Luis Phillipe.. i had the same guy but he had a hat on. his voice is unmistakable though.

Camera's are allowed but you have to pay per camera. we just used mine and i filled practically the whole tour. only 1 or 2 places you have to put it away for safety reasons but the rest no one cares.

when i was there in Feb 09 we had the same guide "Phillipa" too funny. He never took those glasses off, even tho it was raining hehe
