i often put potatoes leftovers in my pizza, it's soooo delicious!

How did you make the crust? You left that part out! :-(

if you want crispier toppings, put the cheese first and then toppings. i prefer this way bc i think if u put cheese on top the veg tends to steam.

Hey Betty: I'm from Italy, Sicily actually, and we sometimes put just the potatoes, without all the ingredients of mashed potatoes that you put in the video, to get a more elastic crust. Some recipes recall also for egg in the pizza dough. Some pizzerias use those recipes. :) But we never put a egg on TOP of the pizza: that is totally American! :P

@giumarziano3 Maybe I need to come to Italy to FULLY research this! LOL ;) I like the way you suggest too -- with fewer ingredients... and from what I've read, the egg on top of pizza is big in France but us silly Americans will try anything once I think!

@averagebetty I think you totally should do a trip to Italy! :D Yeah, quite a few Italians don't really like French, saying that just copy us, or they ruin our dishes, like putting an egg on top of a pizza! We kinda make a disgusted face to that. :P

@averagebetty It's sold at Boston Pizza here in Canada which I just googled may be known as Boston's The Gourmet Pizza in the United States and Mexico, and Bo Pi or BP. It has sour cream, thinly cut spicy potatoes, bacon crumbles, green onions, cheese and a fresh dollop of sour cream on top. So. Good. Sounds simple, sounds weird, it's delicious.
