THIS VIDEO IS EXTREMELY OUTDATED, there are probably much better ways of doing this now, but as i do not play runescape any more I would not know. At the time of this video it would log you out after about a minute of inactivity, which is why you had to keep your screen moving.

Impossible buddy, they become tolerant and stop attacking you. Most monsters are only aggressive for about 15 minutes.

a better spot if ur 100+ cb is stronghold of security lv 2. u can use the spiders and cow looking things i net about 40k/hr just gotta run arround after they non agro u.i just hit 110. 81att 89str 80def. most of my lvs have been there. if u take bones to peaches or guthans u never have to leave. so its possible to get 99 in all melees here in a few months. its compareable to the apes in apeatoll. hope it helps.
