Man if we had energy sources that powered that spacecraft to orbit, they'd be going to the ISS as a museum. Orbit with small tanks, wings, landing gear, and people, all in one stage! And since the thing does not look like a flying tank, I can only assume your Isp is around 2500 sec. Fun! I want to live in that world.

Going to Mir is a lot easier in my opinion. It's got a more equilateral plane and it's lower altitude. Then again, the ISS is easier to see...

If you're on the equator, then sure, Mir is easier to reach. However, if you're too far above the equator, then you have to go toward the equator and then change your course to hit the aligned plane. That's a bitch, IMO.

Of course, both are pretty easy to do, as Orbiter's MFDs are amazing. Mir just takes a few more steps.
