I can afford about any car under $100k on the market today. But I have to say that sitting in a 180mph Porsche in morning traffic at 10-15mph and getting 15mpg is one of the dumbest things I do. Likely I'll be buying a Prius for going to work, in my area hybrids are allowed to use the HOV lanes. So soon I expect to be flash by my fellow Porsche owners 4 to 5 times faster than they are going. Oh, and I will keep the Porsche for weekends and evenings with the wife.

And the claim that a prius costs more energy than a h2 is absolutly BS! The H2 has a battery of 40kg, while the hybrid prius weighs only (!!) 45kg. The Amounts of stainless steel (NiCrMo) in the h3 is about 3x more. Well, you do the math.

This is a car designed for idiots. If you dont know how to park your car you shouldn't be driving at all. The car turned back kind of late and then didn't even center itself -- the driver had to straighten and pull forward. The computer should position the car directly in the center.
It's a special feature on the Toyota Prius, BUT not available in the US. EU & JP have it as a option to buy it with the car. You direct the car by just pulling up the the parking spot and you look are your dashboard monitor and guide this rectangular square to where you want to park it and it takes about 1 min to analyze it and then it does the rest on it's own. There was a video featuring this when Toyota debuted it in Japan.

Also, the prius is only 0,9 sec slower to 100km/h than the 6L V8 H2 hummer, with 1/5 the fuel consumption. How dumb is that?
