Everything can be explained lol, even this man attitude. Mr.Lorenzo is the police station boss and never liked Pepa too much because of her rude manners as a policeman.

Pepa faked a police operation with the excuse of give Silvia a surprise and stay with silvia a weekend in a rent house. Lorenzo gets there cuz hears about that supposed mission and seeks something strange or whatever (i don't remember), so he goes to the supposed poration spot.

And about what's he saying.. Well, he never liked the relation betwen his daughter and Pepa, he was one of the first persons in notice it.. He is a strict policeman, classic belief, etc.. so never approved that relation. Then he arrives here and find that scene.. previously has a moral lesson with his daughter (silvia's sister) or whatever and noticed he was wrong in his beliefs.. He arrives and explains that is dead wipe always used to throw away the instruction manual of everything they bought

He always asked his wife: why!? how were they supposed to know how to use some function or whatever they need at some point if she throw away the manuals?.. he was very upset about that. And explains to his daughter that, when his mother died he tried to educate she the best way he can and all that.. but there arrives apoint when you notice that life, the important things in the life, come without instruction manual. There is no place that tells you where and who love, etc~

@yuzoookun I've just found the Pepa and Silvia videos about 3 weeks ago and love them.  I would also love to watch the whole Los Hombres de Paco if they had english subtitles.
