@Wars1997 Outside of every mine enteance, there should be a smelter. Just put your ores inside and they become ingots.

You shouldn't make daggers, it uses more. Make one worth 30 or 60. More money less ingots.

this is defo a good skill to level up because when u get to the level to wear daedric u hav to smith it ur self :)

@Haslam2k11 lol you would think getting daedra hearts would be the hard part but its not! if you get a lot of money you can just buy em. The smithing however :( not so easy

Just for the future, you should buy and sell things (iron ingots) one at a time because it boosts your speech skill faster, which means faster leveling and lower prices for iron. Also, buy iron ore too because its cheaper and you can just go to the smelter and make more iron ingots.

@JonnyGingeLetsPlay There is a free way to boost speech once you get it to 25 go to riften and then to black biar meadery and ask the guy at the bar about the meadery and then persuade and repeat.

Wanted to go pure Mage, but smithing seems more enjoyable .. Was confused how to make and improve weapons but this helped a lot.. Played all the expansions on elder scrolls but felt like a noob at this game :/ lol anymore tips on warriors.. Gladly appreciate !!!

how to unlock steel smithing??? and all the rest, got some dragon bones to smith, know i need lvl 100 but i dont no how to unlock steel smithing and the rest. does it come automaticly or do i need to unlock via quest etc. [ already lvl 30 and havent unlocked elve and i supposed to at this level]

PEOPLE about boosting ur smith by iron daggers- yea it works but if ur cheap or wanna farm gold & dont mind taking a lil more time u can also store all ur stuff in the barrel outside Alvors house except a good bow and shit ton arrows (a good sword just in case) thievsgild armr if u hav and go hunt 4 leather..ALOT - its fun, u explore, & boost archery- then go back and make hide bracers (2 strips 1 leather) but 4 evry 1 leather u can make 4 strips at the tanning sheet AND ITS ALL PROFIT!!

It's useful to drop a perk into Steel smithing, really speeds it up, but at a higher cost.
