I noticed that they replaced the girl with a new one for the New Years resolution ad. The new girl seems a little more assertive and energetic. And they seem to have toned down the gayness factor of the office queen.
I fucking loathe this ad and the "having a moment for feeling good and we're back" ad. I guess this cereal is directed at ditsy office women, so horrible ads are par for the course.

I actually bought the yogurt one before the ad ever came out, just because I like new cereals. For me if I like the product, all an ad would have to say is "This cereal is new. Eat it. It's good." in a 5 second ad, and I'd try it out. But Special K isn't marketing to people that like to try cereals. They're marketing to idiot women who think this will make them stop being ugly. So it's a brilliant ad considering the loser intended audience.

Two things are obvious from this commercial.
1) By the music they use, the producers think that the cereal is akin to a "Sex in the City" episode; and
