Practicing with balls is only good at ONE point, to practice your goalie...during the hockey practice ubring ballls and pucks and when it comes to shooting on the goalie ( just to practice him at getting fast shots ) u use tennis balls, they go WAY faster than the puck and accualy makes him work harder
