I use SpiveyWorks Notes to keep notes that I can access from my phone, computer or an iPad. In today's world, the information is what makes you productive and the different form-factors of the devices have to give you access to that information.

Also, if you press eject it pops up the iPad's keyboard if you need it for some reason.
