  • This is just an illusion. Although most of you would say that this phenomenon is caused by a peculiar gravitational pull, it is in fact the way that they built the house on the hill that causes the feeling of nausea. They built a house like this at a haunted house I went to last year and I felt sick and dizzy. When I went back to the place where the "mystery spot" had been built(it was no longer there) I felt no nausea. It is a cool tourist attraction and nothing more than an illusion.

  • now do things like the planes that use gravity instruments to fly suddenly disappearing in places like the bermuta triangle sound more plausible?

  • dont hate if you dont understand, just keep an open mind. perception is a #$%@& aint it?

...i just wish the light anomilies could be solved!

  • to simple to explain, gravitational vortexes are real, earth has a magnetic grid and multiple spots around the world have the same affect, you are not standing straight up and down as it seems, the magnetic pole is off and makes you lean instead of stand straight up. it makes people sick just like sea sickness. the sense of "not right" is from your eyes telling you whats straight but your inner ear FEELS the change in gravity. (hense the animals that have extreme senses not liking the area)

  • i saw someone balance a chair in a room with probably the same strange phenomenon at old sturbridge villige, and also we saw a blue room with freemasonry symbols on the walls. (which explains why there aren't any sites on it for that location.)

  • people who cant wrap their mind around things that dont support their precious laws of physics are the real stupid fucks. its funny how a scientist studied this place for 40 years along with einstein and burned his papers before his death. Its also funny that there is no incline on this particular piece of land where this phenomena happens. I feel sorry for people that are so stupid they believe everything is explained by mainstream science. The swamp gas crowd.

  • to the people chalking this up to be stupidness and mindtricks, i've been to this place, and mind you, i have friends who live around here as well. they can not go in to the house because it makes them sick. something is here. be it, they put huge magnets in the ground or whatever. something is up and i believe it.. i can't deny what my eyes saw

  • PERSPECTIVE ILLUSIONS are always interesting but for the under informed there is no Magic Vortex..just a tourist attraction of cool optical illusions..oh, and be sure to buy a T-Shirt and Coffee Mug..lol

  • @MrCurcumin

LOL you got it. This video isn't fake, it's actually real, I know people who have been there and seen it for themselves, and I can tell you're a very close-minded person. Now sweetie, do the world a favor and go kill yourself <3

  • @MrCurcumin

I hate to break it to you, but you're a total dick. Having said that, go fuck yourself. I really can't imagine what it's like to be so simple-minded.

  • Just so you know, its Gold Hill, OR not Grants Pass, OR, thats where i used to live, we used to sneak into that place all the time as kids :P

  • My guess for the bottle appearing to roll up hill is that even though the "uphill" side is higher than the "downhill" side, the whole building is titled so it just appears to be higher when in reality it is not. I have never been there so i could be completely wrong. It sounds logical though right?

  • Ohhhh, there's so much more you should have shown. I was there as a teenager. My mom, who had most of her inner ear removed on one side, got so dizzy in there she had to leave. So it's not optical illusion. Something really got to her. Fun place!

  • And if you think only Americans can be amazed by this, you are wrong.

  • Whoever makes these videos needs to delete them. They are copywrited.

  • @MrCurcumin Apologies if it seemed like I was promoting it as if I believed all this stuff--I was just showing videos/photos of my trip. :)

  • this place is so on my bucket list!!!!!

  • @starrdrop67 Put the Grants Pass car show in July on there too! :oD

  • went there today, got a yoyo that says The Oregon Vortex! idk why...

  • My birthday :D

  • only americans can be amazed by this stupid vortex. They just dont understand science.

  • @verbod This is from a kid who still watches cartoons. Stop putting down Americans. What did we do to you?

  • @Brennna

another dumb american on the net...

  • @verbod Oh piss off. Someone steal your candy kid? Leave me alone. I've got just as much right on here as your stupid ass.

  • the oregon vortex isn't in grants pass...

  • @Zebeldarebel You are correct. Sorry, Grants Pass is where I was visiting and we went to the Vortex while I was up there. It is located in Gold Hill, OR. :)

  • who'd have thought a ruined Gold Assay office could be so much fun!

  • You have to be there to believe it people.

  • OMG thats weird that the broom can stand up on its own wish I lived

in America so that I could go visit that place it seems so cool!!

  • @IndigoCat17 i think there are serval of these around the world so there might be one near u

  • It's a crocked house LOL where is the crocked man???

  • when i go there it gives me a headache, they say some people experience it from the magnetic pole

  • first off it is real they use levels when the people compare heights and squares and levels on all the doors and windows you can walk up an incline then turn around and you will be at the bottom.. its truely an experience and unexplainable. dont try to explain something that cannot be explained. plus animals will not go there! birds won't fly through or over. I've never even seen insects inside the area...

  • @420higher i live in medford and ive been here many many times people say crap that oh its not real blah blah but they have to go to find out for themselves no one believes it til they see it! its true its very very strange! that house is creeeeeepy! and yes no animals come around you hear nothing, no birds etc

  • lol this is fake... i saw somebody do this at a high school science fair.... also the guy is taller than the girl XD.. ever heard of inclined planes... only a fool would be this gullible...the stupid thing is if its a magnetic anomaly, then, get a compass and see if it spins like crazy,, if its a gravitational anomaly ...well you should be able to jump up higher or jump off the roof.. or just let a ball fall down and calculate the speed. if its 9.81 or around that,, folks you have been fooled.

  • that looks like a fun place to take the kids :)

  • It just looks like a house leaning on side whether built that way or due to ground movement. What's so supernatural about it?

  • @myoon87 In the bottle part, it looked like she was standing at the top of a little slope, yet the bottle was rolling back toward her which means she was down hill. :) just things like that.

  • @myoon87 Gravity feels weird there. I'm not superstitious, but there's something weird about that place. It literally feels like gravity is pulling up depending on where you're standing.

  • I've gone myself before and I am not sure what to think but the fact that Einstein researched the place gave it more credibility to me. I was there again on Thursday and it was closed but standing out front it does give off a strange feeling, at the very least you have to wonder how someone decided to go 4 1/2 miles off the beaten path to find this place, it's a beautiful canyon it's situated in. If you can I suggest you take a look for yourself, oh yeah the last time I was there it was 4 sale.

  • @High8s lol it was for sale?

  • Comment removed

  • @High8s

if this was true then Einstein was truly an idiot.

  • looks all like forced perspective to me... maybe if there was video of the inside with a moving camera you could tell... but all those stills make it harder to detect the illusion.

  • I likes the redhed... wanna get her to squeal like a pig...

  • lol at ya'll who think its fake. its amagnetic anomaly. they have done scientific studies here that prove it.. itt causes light to refract differently than in most other areas, and sit at the point of two intersecting lines of gravitational pull. thats why it all seems like thingsa shift and warp here. its a natural occuring optical illusion of epicness

  • A fool and their money are soon parted.

  • @RKurtzweil68 then explain it

  • Listen, there have been so many tests done. I KNOW there are HOAX (or... ENTERTAINMENT places) that try to entertain you and cash in. This is different. There is a HISTORY here. It's not propped. And you know what sets this site aside from the money-grubbers? They ENCOURAGE you to video, photograph, measure, research... WHATEVER YOU WANT. Test it HOWEVER YOU WANT.... it will still not add up to how things are "supposed to be" :)

  • im not sure but i think that an earthquake made the house lean to is side

  • i live in oregon, i should go there sometime

  • me too. i wanna go there so bad now. i live in gresham.

  • wow no one has seent he slanted house ball rolling up hill. lame the slope gives appearance its uphill but in fact its downhill..

  • its not an illusion they used to have the exact same thing but with water. go see it for yourself this is as real as it gets.
