I can tell you that AFL takes way more skill and dedication, as whilst you can gradually 'feel' table tennis, aussie rules requires constant dedication and gruelling training. table tennis is like cycling; you won't see a rapid decline of skills once you stop playing. however, australian rules football is incredibly tough and once you're out of touch, you're out.
