why does when i click on new blue 3d, example new blue 3d blow apart , my comp suddenly prompt a box and my sony vegas 10 will then suddenly close while on other new blue fx like new blue AB color melt works just fine? what should i do to make it work, all the new blue 3d FX??

Dear NewBlue,

Firstly, your products are great. But I have a problem. I purchased Motion Blends transitions, and I downloaded the trial version. I then payed for it, but when i enter my serial code it will not let me click activate.

This is quite annoying as I feel I have wasted my money, and I will not be purchasing any more of your products until I can get this working.

Any help would be great

Yes, it runs beautifully on Sony Vegas. It is easy to use - it comes with a ton of presets and then you use the really straightforward controls to fine tune to get the look you want.

@MegaMissymee Hi - This only happens if you are using an unauthorized copy of NewBlueFX, Vegas Pro 9 (or both). Be sure to purchase your copies from authorized sellers only. If you purchased your copy from newbluefx dotcom then you should be able to login or register and file a ticket with our support team. I hope that helps.
