Collaboration tools are increasing productivity levels of employees and we look forward to the day when they are knitted into the day-to-day fabric of the social enterprise. Collaboration tools are often adopted in companies that promote flexible working practices and they have been successful in this regard. We agree that a collaborative culture will emerge as millennials move en masse into the workforce. The use of collaboration tools for conflict resolution worth exploring as an application.
