My biggest regret is the fact that I never watched Harry Potter until this Summer or read the books until last week (finished the first one this morning!) I got the first three movies when I was around six or something, but I never watched them until I got really bored this Summer. I really wish I could have had Harry Potter during my childhood, grow up with it. However, I made the mistake not to. I really wish I had, but now I'm deciding to at least start off here. What i liked about the movie part with that is that the director slowed down that scene just a little bit just in time to see Ron and Hermione fall down and hug. so cool! 3:03-3:06..just wow! 3:25..the face of the fight of a lifetime. That was an absolutely incredible, artful, subtle and beautiful video. In the midst of awful but popular fan-videos, this one shines. Wonderfully done, I loved every moment. The cuts and fades varied in length, weren't cookie-cutter with every 4th beat, and the clips told a story while avoiding the limitations of temporally linearity. You're making me want to jump back into FCP.
