  • Who's makin these posts?......read alot of them after my post and shit! Yall know your music!!!!!!!! Im the only onein my group of friends that loves this kind of music,I need more friends like u

  • MOTHER O GOD....beautiful, just my opinion but its better than Bill Monroe's and he is all that is good!

  • This song makes me picture a skinny old man in overalls riding a pair of mules tethered together through the hills in Tn.

  • there is six people that just dont understand !

  • Love the video. Great singer

  • Wow. Powerful. I've listened to Karen Wheeler, Dolly Parton, the Fendermen, Merle Haggard, and Bill Monroe all singing this song. Bobby Osborne has some LUNGS on him. What would Jimmy Martin (Freeborn Man etc) sound like singing this?

  • Great Day In The Morning!!!! Tis Good

  • Bill Monroe did the best version of Muleskinner Blues ever

  • @fiddlereli I believe you fell and bumped your head. Bill never sang this good even when he was younger.

  • Nobody to compare with them. Absolutely the best.

  • awesome

  • This is the kind of song I'd sing to driving down the interstate all day long.

  • organically groovy

  • I Grew up listing to this and this style of Blue grass . Fine music

  • No one can hold a note like Bobby Osborne! Or a candle to him with this song, not even Bill Monroe, who I worship, can sing it like Bobby Osborne, and you add Sonny's picking, and it makes for a song like this, AWESOME!!!!!!!

  • @madouesse1 Merle Haggards version on here is pretty good

  • Listen to Ramblin' Jack Elliott's version with Randy Scruggs & Norman Blake.

  • High & lonesome. By the excellent Bobby Osborne !

  • wow cant explain it, but fuck yea!

  • I sure do love the Osborne brothers!!!!

  • Great version of a great song. osborne bros sound even better than the cramps version.

  • Well, in 1964, all eight of us kids would pile into my dad's Ford Falcon and head from Texas to Mississippi. Hot, no a/c and a screwed up radio. He would sing Hank Williams all the way to Jackson but the real treat was Muleskinner! So yah, my dad sang it best!! Of course, I was only 5 at the time but I will always have a soft spot in my heart for this song and those hard luck days so long ago.

  • Boy if this doesn't send shivers up your spine nothing will..

  • this one is good.but NO ONE will ever be as good as The fenderman.

  • @assonine666 You are just kidding right? If you were not you might want to get your hearing checked out, there is no comparison the Osborne Brothers version is so much better.

  • I prefer to listen to anything Bobby sings compared to any other artists.

  • No matter how ya spell it...........everybody does it best. Gimme another pull on that jug eh? EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE HAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is the best rendition of this song I've ever heard, and I've heard them all over the past 50 yrs. Much better than even Bill Monroe's, live or recorded.

  • This is one of the greatest Bluegrass performances I have ever heard. Whenever I need a fix, I come here.

  • One of my favorite groups in Bluegrass Music today.

  • bill monroe is the best but cannot compare with bobby on this song

  • Sing it Bobby!!!!!

  • I think this makes twenty times in a row that i've listened to this song
