You should cook your chicken on medium heat. You're soaking your chicken in oil. That way you don't have to continue to keep adding oil when your pan is burning out
@positions69ify It's surprisingly easy... Just boil it in a post just like regular pasta. You can add just a touch of veggie or chicken broth for additional taste depending on your diet.
@TheInformalstyle Good question... It's all about the glycemic index or how fast it metabolizes in your body. The lower the score the better. Google "glycemic index" and agave. Agave is a really nice substitute for both honey and sugar.
For dinner tonight I made some fresh chicken tenderloins thrown in a big bowl with onions, mushrooms, red, green, orange, yellow bell peppers and cabbage. Poured some olive oil over it and sprinkled in McCormicks Garlic and herb seasoning, mix, then threw it on the George Foreman grill. I have a large indoor stand up one I use. It was delish and done in about 6 mins. The counter top ones are great for turkey burgers. If you don't have one you should invest in one. They make cooking a lot faster.
@iamaphotonut OM Gosh, that sounds delish! We don't have a george foreman grille, but really need one.. especially when it gets too cold to grille outside. Actually, I just bought the wife a gas stove with the gille plate option, so we'll see how that goes.
@MotivatedFitness1 I buy the frozen Tyson chicken tenderloins too because it's easier & faster if you're pressed on time. You can throw them on the GF grill frozen & they are done in 5 mins! Love my GF grill! :) The Jenny O seasoned Turkey burgers are good on the GF grill too. I sprinkle with season salt & pepper, done in 4-5mins. I top with just a sprinkle of fat free shredded mozzarella cheese. I serve it with sauteed cabbage with peppers, onions, mushrooms in olive oil, garlic and parsley.
