If a god would have created us, who created that god? And who created the man that created god? It can go on and on like that forever but there's no explanation for it. The sky has no signs of anything supernatural. There has never been an appearance by any of the thousands of Gods.

Why do guys have to grow beards for this religion? Is there a code in the Quran that forbids shaving? Would a clean-shaven Muslim be unpopular with the rest of his peeps? @E139486 good point on the fingernails sure god gave you them but they become a problem if they get too long thats why ya trim them. same goes as the beard if ya grow it too long it becomes a problem thats why in multiple hadiths they say men should grow a beard but trim it as well. as for the thongs and chaps first i would definatly ask them why they did that i really wouldnt care why they wore such things i would let them do their thing but it would be nice to know.

I have understood that religions are all man-made a few years ago but did not stop there.I asked myself why do people still think that religions are godly even in the presence of hard evidence for instance evolution contradicts all religions

why would humans use reason to create a religion . all religions confine human acts. why wouldnt humans use reason to prove that they are supreme rather than say that God or Gods are supreme. We Love Jesus even more than christians themselves. We give our kids the name of Jesus or Eisa in Arabic and the same for Moses an Abraham. But we do not warship him, we warship the one who created him and created us. If we have to warship a human then I guess Adam, our father, deserves this because Allah created him by his own hands. Why do guys have to grow beards for this religion? Is there a code in the Quran that forbids shaving? Would a clean-shaven Muslim be unpopular with the rest of his peeps? Do muslim women like bearded guys? Doesn't it feel nasty to wake up and walk around with all that fur on a hot-ass day? If not, why do converted Muslims feel a need to look like the part? Im a muslim convert (revert) at first i didnt have a beard i kept shaving no one treated me any differently but now ive got one i enjoy it. It's like my furry hijab ^.^

@E139486 good point on the fingernails sure god gave you them but they become a problem if they get too long thats why ya trim them. same goes as the beard if ya grow it too long it becomes a problem thats why in multiple hadiths they say men should grow a beard but trim it as well. as for the thongs and chaps first i would definatly ask them why they did that i really wouldnt care why they wore such things i would let them do their thing but it would be nice to know.

@MrButterneo That's cool. I actually like that explanation. It seems as if the lineage of followers are paying tribute- I get it. It's a puristic move and consistent. Most religions are a bit diluted with time wouldn't you say? I guess it depends on which splinter group chooses to focus on more. Take christianity-you got your protestants and catholics. One is like Budweiser and the other is like Bud Light. I do notice that both groups shave instead of emulating the appearance of their prophet.

no we are not from same tongue. Christians believe in forgiveness, and non-judgemental behavior, though they are not always successful. Contrast that to islam stoning for adultery and beheading a person if he chooses to leave islam. To be a Christian is much harder than a moslem. Its not about a bunch of ritual practices and behavior. Its about changing your heart and not being attached to this world. You guys and the orthodox jews are 2 peas in the same pod.

why would humans use reason to create a religion . all religions confine human acts. why wouldnt humans use reason to prove that they are supreme rather than say that God or Gods are supreme. Thats what doesnt make sense to me. Besides religions have shocking revelations that science wasnt able to prove until recent times. Like in the Quran it explains all the steps of human embryology....i'd say religion is to hard to dismiss as false. you'd need to give religion more thought than that.

And with this advantage why would humans create the idea of God or Gods , why wouldn't they just declare themselves as supreme rather than create being(s) to bow down to. Religion is to complex to dismiss as a pseudoscience. Alhamdulilah...how true, despite all the lies and false accusations they spread about islam...islam is sweaping the hearts and minds of people all over the world. Truly, there is none worthy of worship except Allah swt and none has has any right to be worshipped except Allah swt. Alhamdulilah

We Love Jesus even more than christians themselves. We give our kids the name of Jesus or Eisa in Arabic and the same for Moses an Abraham. But we do not warship him, we warship the one who created him and created us. If we have to warship a human then I guess Adam, our father, deserves this because Allah created him by his own hands. We love Allah who created all of us.
