Nice job. As a Lama Pai stylist I know how much work goes into your training. You have a tendency to glide from technique to technique. Lower your stance and turn your waist more; that should help the delivery of each movement.

In a way, the footwork pattern reminds me of the "Round One" I learned long ago...and still practice. In fact, I think you might have shown me some more dimensions to my own kuen practice with this one demo. But of course, that's not surprising coming from Chin's kwoon *smiles*
