I just went to this woman's website. Rarely have I seen such a thin mask on race-focused anti-social rabble-rousing. Her theories are not consistent with accepted diversity principles; rather, her rhetoric is perfectly consistent with the vengeance-based inflammatory techniques used by Al Sharpton and others interested primarily in upsetting balances and force-feeding a racist agenda.
I agree with Coach Lynn. I once worked so hard to "fit in" at a corporate job and never really felt that I ever did. I stayed there for 6 years and they were so stressful that I thought I would have a nervous breakdown. Coach is right. Instead of trying to "fit in," it became easier for me when I found a company that values me and what I bring to the table!

I agree with Coach Lynn. I once worked so hard to "fit in" at a corporate job and never really felt that I ever did. I stayed there for 6 years and they were so stressful that I thought I would have a nervous breakdown. Coach is right. Instead of trying to "fit in," it became easier for me when I found a company that values me and what I bring to the table!
