You can have a different template for every page if you want. Check out "Help" > "Saving Pages" it shows have files are working in CirclePad. Just get a template, delete the menu and save it as a file under "File" > "Save". Then you can link your menu from your other pages using "Change Link" on the menu. "Help" > "Menus" and "Advanced Menus" goes into more detail.

In general text can just be linked directly but a few of the very graphic titles don't a direct linking mechanism I've logged that request. The simplest thing to do is convert to a photo as shown in "Help" > "Mobile & Tablet". Also you can get a shape like a rectangle, and link to the location. Put the shape over your text. Then change the color of the shape and at the bottom of the color bar change the transparency so it's clear. So basically there's a clear link in front.

The focus is on keeping it simple so you don't have to think about complexity and any web tech. But you can add html and script languages. Check out the video "Help" > "Add Html" inside CirclePad. Databases are really for programmers if you want to do that kind of work you can use CirclePad as the front end of the site and link to work done by programmers on a different site or sub-domain.

Stuff like analytics software or other web tools require you to add codes above and below the page. You can also the head section for specialized meta tags (ones beyond the basic search tags set under "File" > "Page Setup" > "Title & Search"). Really that feature is for experts or people with specific needs.
