when u r into ur batting stance, dont have ur arms up so high, they are out of the strike zone and u would end up dropping ur elbow and uppercutting which is not good. that happened to me a 3 years back but i learned to bring my arms down and not drop my elbow. little leaguers do it to be intimidating ( 1:32 ) by having there hands up but swinging from a tee REALLY helps this problem :)
