  • hey come check out the vid i made on fibro! im 15 and was diagnosed with fibro a year ago. not fun!

  • I am a recovered fibromyalgic who left the care of the medical profession to discover the cause and cure for this horrific disease after 15 years of failed treatments. I understand this illness completely from the inside and back out again. Symptoms are often mistaken as a cause and what can help does not cure. Please, do not give up and keep going. See my You Tube video "Curing Chronic Fibromyalgia - Choosing What Works" and my best wishes to you all!!!

  • I think for alot of people, the "cause" is a trauma or a number of traumas. For me it was a combination of my brother's death, work stress and a bad bout of bronhitis.

    Good video.

  • I believe one day they'll discover what causes fibro.... and offer better medicines.. those antidepressants never did anything for me.

  • 3 people in my family have it, me included. My mother read some research that said it was genetic and also that it could be caused by childhood trauma. Specificaly sexual trauma.

  • it's not a mystery to me, in fact i'd say i'm one of the few people who really understand this syndrome..and that's because experience is the 'greatest teacher' and i've had it for nearly 15 yrs..

  • Thnx for your comment. Being that you've had fibromyalgia for 15 yrs it definitely isn't a mystery to you. i have a couple friends who have it and i'm sure it's no mystery to them as well. After studying it, it's not a mystery to me either. i think the mystery lies in that not too many people, including Drs, know about it, or at least not enough about it. The mystery of it is also that the cause is unknown
