I am actually surprised that factually not so many ppl take upon Proem..,just because they've never bumped into Richard Baileys production. The guy is from Austin, TX, graphic designer and is pleasantly way north of commercial mindlessness soundwise. Not a new name though, ...start with the old school stuff
