I live in Carmel Valley. PG&E came to our house to install a smart meter without our permission. When we caught them and told them to stop, the guy pepper sprayed my dog on the way out of my yard. I HATE PG&E. I would love to go rogue!

I was a customer of PG & E. I called and asked to be place on delay list. While I was out of town I got a smart meter installed. After many many calls and emails I have gotten nowhere.
