Guys, I have a big question in my mind!!!

Will there be any existing characters from the 1st and 2nd generation such as Gravios, Kirin, Tigrex, and etc?

If there arent any, I will be very dissapointed at this game becuase there is only 20 boss monsters compared to the 50+ monsters in the previous games. 1 minute ago

im getting this for wii. its for wii only so soz to ps3/psp fans. google a monster called berioroso but that might make you upset. its a highbreed between a tigrex/nargacuga and a sabre toothed cat. mh is ONLY on wii so dont reply to me calling me stupid or an imbecile cuz theres nothing i can do about it. sorry.

lmao, tri, thats sort of a sad try on developing a name if u think about it. normally u say tri for things made of 3 things, not being the third thing.

if u wanted to say somethin bout 3, it might as well have been called "tertiary age," hopefully someone here actually comes up with somethin better than the one i made up haha, but i think "tri" doesn't really work too well IMO.

yes, I know it's Dos, Tres, but I mean the addition of it. Tri is to make it sound like Three. Also, I read somewhere it's in the Game's language (Minegarde's language aka, the world where Monster Hunter is situated in.)

Also, Monster Hunter is made of 3 things, 3 games that expand on eachother.

News to the ill informed - PS3 has free online as well. Hell, I played my shiny new Soul Calibur IV (Didn't get that, Wii? Shucks...) online and it's a blast. Furthermore, the Wii-mote sucks in terms of accuracy and sensitivity; Monster Hunter 1 worked wonderfully on PS2 and until now MH has been on either PS2 or PSP. And honestly..the PS3 is not that expensive. If you think it is, you need to get a job...lol.

dude i wish you would understand what capcom is doing for us. you should even be happy were getting the game.They made it for wii because ps3 and xbox suck over there. They do not like those consols at all over there because there not fun. And maybe some of us played the first Monster Hunter, have tried both a PS3 as well as the Wii and realize that the Wii sucks in terms of controls and online play? Two things that really make the Monster Hunter series? But you wouldn't realize this..you can't even spell. Lol, Wii owners...

Looking at the number of Wii owners though, that "some of us" is probably pretty small in comparison to those that played MH and actually enjoy the Wii. Who knows? Maybe MH3's control scheme might actually work well on the Wii. There are also a few online games on the Wii that do NOT use the friend codes, such as Medal of Honor: Heroes 2. There is a chance that MH3 will also not use friend codes, if only Nintendo sees that MH3 doesn't need them.

Also, fail for discriminating against Wii owners.

hah! indeed. the wii is a great idea, but it did kind of halfly fail. It only has a few good games but the ones that ARE good are some of the best games i have ever played. Hopefully monster hunter 3 will fit in that category. I never did play monster hunter one, but i played and still play the second, and i cant get enough of it.

By the way..the spokes people for CAPCOM (the company that owns Monster Hunter) has already announced officially that they will NOT be making the game for the PS3. It'll be Wii only. A shame, really.
