@Muscleduck we don't make the hardware so i couldn't answer that for you. there are benefits to not needing a jack based hardware though that are pretty easy agree with such as no line of sight needed, don't have to insert/remove hardware all of the time, etc.
@tas9195 the devices have a web page that you can log into and get the ip. some have a utility software to find them. they all typically use dhcp so you can look in your router dhcp log also to find the ip usually. finally in some cases the hardware will broadcast the ip on local network so apps can be coded to find them directly.
@iamsteventucker i don't believe so. never had this request before. had to google what it was. there is no dongle for this one. it is a base hardware unit that really isn't carried around.
