This looks like the bag I want, however, I would be using it quiet a bit for airport travel as sort of a weekend or a 4-5 day trip bag. (Just to have some clothes, my camera, and a laptop, which I'm sure I would have no problem fitting in there) but do you think I would be able to put the bag underneath the seat in front of me on the flight? As It would not be ideal to have it in the overhead, and not to cause a scene trying to get something during the flight. Thanks ahead for any kind of answe

Good review, I'm curious how much does it weigh loaded as you have and does it work as a back pack or is that just a gimmick?

@shocks1o1 it is a heavier bag (the weight is on the SBL website) just from the thickness of the leather. I tend to have it on the heavier side (w/a laptop and books) but usually only when I am not having to physically carry it all day. The structure of the bag can carry enough to make the bag 'heavy'.

The bag does work as a backpack with the straps. I have used it this way several times. Hope this helps.
