  • @OpensourceObscure i have a gameing laptop, my network suck

  • i wish i could run my grapices this high if i tryed i would crash in 2 secs lol

  • @magnchase unless your computer is a laptop, you should be able to upgrade its graphic card with a relatively small amount of money. Laptops have many advantages over desktop computers, but unfortunately their cheap graphic cards often mean limited Second Life graphics.

If you use SL on a constant basis, I'd suggest to get a computer that lets you at least enable Atmosferic Shaders (note that Shadows will need even more computing power though).

  • wat viewr is that and can plp still reocrd?

  • @kirarox012 as far as I know, the Recording feature is a very old feature and exists in all viewers. Note that it doesn't work perfectly - but it may be fun or useful nonetheless in some cases.

  • awesome vid and place! was the lights and shadows part of the hud as well?

  • @Raenessest thanks! no, lights and shadows are a native feature of the SL viewer. See this other video tutorial I made:

  • LOL Awesome!

  • Thank you OpensourceObscure, this is a very appealing demonstration of the 'Recorder' feature. Thumbs up!
