The world can only be "rotten and filthy" when pessimism and hatred prevail. Most religions are not about hatred and pessimism and even atheists should realize that the world needs more love and compassion. No one on this planet has the luxury of hating another so the hatred you may have for religion could be channeled into nurturing others who do not believe in dogmatic religion. People blowing themselves up are not full of religion--they are full of hatred.

I've spent a good portion of this day trying to come up with the correct title of this song because I love it so and so that I could hear it again. Thank God for Stevie Wonder's Discography. I've been feeling troubled for sone reason, but am at peace now. Stevie has that effect on me.

To those that understand this song's deep meaning will never forget it. Maybe one-day man will realize the concept of God personifies "Unconditional Love". "Where is my God?" "He lives inside me." If you stop and really think about it, there is no love without you and me. Thusly there is no hate without me of you.

I love this entire song, but the part I love the most is, "Why can't they say that hate is 10 zillion light years away? Why can't the light of good shine God's love in every soul? Why must my color Black make me a lesser man?" Powerful song, indeed! So let's spread love and appreciate ALL people regardless of their color!
